A granular form of Redmond Rock, Redmond Rock Crushed is a broad-spectrum mineral supplement that provides the minerals needed to improve hydration and electrolyte balance in your horse, while also supporting a healthier hoof and coat. These minerals will help replenish electrolytes lost during competition or exercise and will motivate your horse to drink more water. By restoring the balance of electrolytes in your horse this will improve vitality as well.

Good for providing minerals.
I mix a measured amount in his AM and PM feed every day instead of a free choice mineral block to make sure he's not getting too much or too little. It seems to really help t o keep him drinking plenty of water.

Good Product
I've been using this for years. I prefer it instead of getting a bucket of electrolytes, as I try to avoid as much added sugar in my horses' diets as I can. The mineral blocks also contain a lot of sugar, so my horses get this instead, along with a free-choice Himalayan salt lick on a rope.

Redmond rock
My 22 year old horse colic?d, & was dehydrated. Had to have vet out. Was suggested to get electrolytes to add to food. My sister & daughter researched & found this. I add to both of my horses feed & add water in 8 quart buckets to give to them, twice a day. Urine output is down. It has been very hot here in Oklahoma, & this is working very well. Highly recommend this product.

My Livestock Love It
I put this out free choice for my horses and goats as well as a Himalayan salt block. This is much easier way for them to get additional minerals than from a block. Way easier on their teeth and jaws.

After seeing swimming pools in my gelding's stall due to his constant overlicking of salt blocks, our vet recommended free feeding salt. We started introducing this product to our 11 year old gelding and within a week, the swimming pools were drying up and he does not appear to be dehydrated either.

Good product!
I use this as a replacement for electrolytes. It is very palatable and my horse eats it with no problem. It keeps him hydrated and it helps him get the vitamins he needs. Very good product!
