This exclusive measuring tape is made of a durable vinyl material.  It is great for estimating dosages of dewormers and other supplements. This measuring tape will accurately estimate the weight of your horse or pony. Instructions on where to measure your horse and how to calculate the estimated weight of your horse or pony are printed on the measuring tape.

Nice to have
It comes in very handy when you are using it as a guideline for weight gains or losses. As for height measurements, it is only as good as the user. Best if used as an approximation.
The compactness is great as it can be taken anywhere with you.

Works fine
I got this to keep track of my 2020 filly and it works fine. Wish their were a little bit better instructions, like of a piece of paper with real examples to view.

Handy to have
Very handy tape for the stable. Measures height and weight. The tape itself is plastic coated and should last a good long while!

I have lost the instructions for this tape and would like to know where the tape should be placed at the start of the tape. Do I use the velcro as the start of measuring?

Does this tape accommodate draft horse sizes?

While it will go up to 17HH, I believe, you will have trouble with the weight if over 1400#. My North American Spotted Draft exceeded its cababilities, so I just estimated. Not exact, by any means. Hope this helps.
